There us this boy who I really like and I think he might like me back. On the last day of school, he mentioned me to my friend in another period and she says I was the subject of their conversation for a while. She said that he told his other friend that I was nice. Is it possible he likes me?

Sure! It's possible. But better than guessing is mustering your courage and finding out for sure. Go talk to him. It doesn't have to be big - just say "Hi. I've been curious about you." and talk about whatever is going on at school.
And - if it turns out he's not interested after all, then better to know now.
