I Have Wanted A Butt Like That Since I was In The 6th Grade Can You Help Me. And I Need Something That Would Really Work And Don't Tell Me To Exersise Or Squats And Lunges Cuz Im 2 Busy I Work 13 Hours A Day.

That butt is purely from genetics. Unless bubble butts run in your family, yours won't be anywhere near as big or high as hers.

It's just a fact.

You want the butt, but you don't want to work for it? Do you not see the irony in your question?

Sadly, if it's weight that you have to lose you WILL have to work for it. Eating less, moving more is the only way to safely and effectively lose weight. But also- you need to tone. That also takes working out. Working 13 hours a day is rough, are you in medical field? But you need to make some sort of sacrifice or change in your lifestyle and habits to get what you want.

There are no magical pills or cures that can make you look hot. Just working out and eating right- and it's not instant, it takes time.

There are also no guarantees you'll look like THAT, but looking and feeling better- probably. That by itself should be worth the trouble. Not to mention health benefits, etc.

Without knowing where you work- many companies have gyms or memberships to a gym that you can take advantage of. Also, stay away from fast food and prepackaged stuff- they're killer. But working 13 hrs a day, that's probably all you eat, right? (I'm a full time college student plus I work- I know what that's like!) Make stuff ahead of time and pack a lunch. At least some of the time to cut back on premade stuff if you can't get rid of it all together.

I know you're hoping for a magical and easy answer and I'm afraid there isn't one, but you can either fit exercise into your daily routine or the days you're off (min 3 days a week). Start small- say 15-20 minutes, work up to at least 30-45 minutes cardio a day. That will help burn fat. Weights (high rep, low weight) will help tone muscle. Eating better will help you have more energy.

None of those are easy suggestions to implement with your schedule, but I know it can be done if you want it bad enough and so I wish you the best of luck with your goals and hope you are able to reach them.

Umm it is mainly genetics and excersice so I guess u r outta luck unless u go get a butt implant

well mostly its genetics my genetics give a a phat booty dat all the guys like but i do squats or walk up stairs or you can get surgery
