We all have hair,. more like fur,.. all over our bodies. You just probably don't notice the hair on your face.
Testostorone targets and increases Facial Hair to be longer and more Colorful. There are parts of your body Testostorone stimulates Hair Growth on. However, other parts hair growth is negatively effected by high Testostorone. As a result both Men and Women with high levels of Testostrone may be faced with thinning and even balding.
Some times Cancer triggers this and these can be symptoms to a Doctor examineing a woman. Where as if they are a man and their Estrogen is increased, the oposite problems may arise ( as well as breast).
There is also alot of genetic information involved. It is posible to have your entire body be covered in hair like the hair of a man's beard. This is an actual genetic condition that is common in a well known family in South America (or was it Mexico).
So it's both Genetics and your Hormonel Balance that create the hair on a man's face.

We may never know. The reason may likely be that hair can grow where ever it wants to, no matter how hard we try to get rid of it. it always seems to grow back.
but really, i'm not sure why men have facial hair.

We all have facial hair. The females is just thinner until we lose our female hormones and then we start to grow hair like men.

why do some women have facial hair. cuz that is the way GOD made them. men are suppose to have it. it is up to them if they want to remove it or not.

Because they have more testosterone than women, and testosterone causes hair.
Some women also have facial hair, because they have more testosterone than they should have.
