I have been seeing him for 4 months. I care about him a lot. He assures me that he does not want her back and he does not even feel the same about her. She has never ask him to go back but she calls him all the time, needs his help on things, when she thinks Im at his house she drives by. How do I handel this?

You can't "handle" this, he needs to. And he doesn't have to be mean or rude to get the message across, just firmly resolute. She's only doing this because on some level he's communicating to her that it's okay behavior.

Change the phone number. But the correct thing to do is that your boyfriend needs to be a man and tell her she needs to move on because he has already done it. If your boyfriend can't offer that respect for you... maybe it's you who needs to move on.

You gotta be firm about this, tell him or her to stop calling, it just brings more trouble you never know what on her mind, she could try to destroy your relationship if she's crazy enough.

You should tell him to pick which one of you he wants. Yes...it's called an ultimatum but if he doesn't feel anything for her....he will tell her to leave him alone. He sounds like my ex-husband.........
