By now I saw it being used in a restaurant review, in a property review.... and when I googled it, there was also a novel with that title. What does the word mean?

The restaurant review says: "A good-looking new glamourpuss with potential, Modern Australian African"
and the other one "The attached glamourpuss xxxx restaurant is another relative newcomer offering both Japanese and Italian fare "

It's not a real word, it's slang.

UrbanDictionary says:

"a sexually attractive woman who is very interested in her clothes and appearance."

It means a glamourous woman. It's usually said humorously or teasingly, but positively.
