im a 14yr old boy and i want to make a visa card. but once i went to a bank and they told me im too young. i want to buy games online and most of them are asking for visa cards. who can make for me a card and get it delivered to my house or by inter mail/letter. i am ready to pay him any amount but less than 20bucks. lol...

Go to Walmart or other stores and buy a prepaid Visa to use for online purchases.
