well... it's not particularly easy, but they would want someone who sticks out. Don't waste your time complimenting their looks, they hear that ALL the time. As a matter of fact, you may even be better off insulting things about how they look. That makes no sense to a guy, but seriously dude, you have to be DIFFERENT than every other guy that hits on her. You'll probably have to be pretty smooth, but just create an opportunity, and then compliment her on something OTHER than how she looks.
