im gana get a huge dark cross on the right side of my back on the top part...im also getting a little smiley face right above my penis (like 2 inches above).
it is alright with my parents
and im living in a country where it is legal at any age
soo yeahhh
how bad would they hurt?

They are not too bad don't worry. Right above your penis will be a bit tender but the upper part of the back is nothin. Good Luck...but at your age I would make sure that you have decided what you really want on your body for the rest of your life!

Everyone's pain threshold is different. It depends too on whether the tattoo is going over a bony area, that does hurt. I have two and neither one hurt but that doesn't mean someone else getting them in the same spot wouldn't hurt. You are 15, think it through, it is a permanent decision and one day when you are old you may say, What the heck was I thinking?"

Yes they will hurt the smileyface more as the area is more sensitive. I think your a bit young to be making such a big decision about your body at 15. Think again. I have 3 tattoos the first a 18 do I regret them? A LITTLE

All my tats hurt except the one on the back of my neck. I would personally wait a couple more years, but this is your body. Just make sure you research the artist well. A big black tat is impossible to cover up and you will be stuck with it for life. Even laser doesn't remove it completely leaving a discoloration.

I'm not experiences but in Miami ink (this show i use to watch when i had a cold) they said that the most fleshy part of your body and your getting a tatoo on there it wouldn't hurt as much, if it's boney it would hurt a bit more. regardless of that getting a tatoo just hurts. =P

Dude, it might be cool with your parents but your gonna regret it so bad when it starts to fade and look like shiet. But yea that would hurt if its a huge back peice like a cross, especially if its filled in

i work in a tattoo shop, and we had a boxer/bodybuilde come in. hes covered in tats. Dude's got one heck of a tolerance.
got one right above a certain fleshy bodypart,
and it was fifteen stars,
and he CRIED.
after three.
thats how bad it hurts.

It definitely hurts. I have one in my lower back and when they fill it for either a drawing, you feel like crying a bit. After your done, you need to put something on or it will feel like a really bad burn. If I were you, I would wait. They do get ugly once you keep growing older and you WILL want to REMOVE it.

you will regret this one day.
when it looks like an old ink spill on your skin.
and it will cost $$$$$$$$$ to remove and that is also painful.
