Hi, I am looking for a good place to find christmas lights in socal, I am in huntington beach and would be willing to commute half an hour! please help! nicest suggestion gets 10pts!

I grew up in Altadena/Pasadena area... Christmas Tree Lane (near Lake Ave off the 210) and the Balian Mansion off of Mariposa in Altadena. I now live in Woodland Hills and still worth the long drive

There are a number of neighborhoods, as well as individual houses, in the OC for viewing. Depending on where you live, there may be one near you. In north OC, in Brea, one neighborhood between Lambert and Birch, just east of Kramer always has a great show and neighborhood support. Traffic gets pretty bad weekend nights, so be aware.

Well Griffith Park has a large, free light display..not sure if you are willing to drive that far however.
