Well, for the acne, I have acne on my forehead and nose and it won't go away. It's been there for a week and it won't go away. Is there any products that I can make or buy that isn't expensive? I have acne free but I don't like using all three steps. I only like the first two. So if I just use the first two instead of all three, will it work? and for the skin problem, I have an itch that is on the back of my knees and it's really itchy and I want to scratch it but it turns red when I do. How can I treat it with lotions, baths, whatever. thank you for reading.

for itchy skin exfoliation always solves the problem get a loofah and a good bodywash and scrub it gets rid of dry dead skin

Try using ST IVES APRICOT SCRUB for oily, acne prone skin,blackheads/blemishes this is a great deep cleaning exfoliator that gets down under the skin it will definetley help prevent future breakouts great for pores and blackheads ive had major problems with acne for almost 7 years and i have tried everything (no exaggeration) and st ives has by far worked the best for me and its only $3 cant beat that my skin has never behaved so well!!! lol Exfoliation is great for removing dead skin cells which will remove red marks and acne scars
I use lemon juice with a cotton ball once daily great for acne acne scars oily skin and blackheads

I also like coconut oil and cucumbers great for scars and redness reduction i get my coconut oil at wal mart in the vitamin isle

Puree 1/2 peeled, sliced cucumber in a blender or food processor and add 1 tablespoon yogurt. Apply to face and let set about 20 minutes. Gently wipe off with a damp wash cloth.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

I agree with Jenny, the St. Ives stuff is awesome! But, if your acne is really bad and it won't go away, you should see a doctor. I did, because i had absolutely horrible acne that would not go away. So, my doctor prescibed me these pills you can take called Accutane. Cleared it all up in about 2 months and it hasn't come back at all. I did this about a year ago. Seriously, do it, i haven't had a break out in about 6 months. My skin is now soft and I love it!

if the acne is that bad you could always go to the doctors and see what they can do, i use bye bye blemish which helps really well for me to dry up spots but this is only a quick fix really and i don't think this is the best cure for bad acne. as for the skin problems i get red itchy skin down my arms i use e45 u can get loads of different products of e45 i use the cream and the moisturizing lotion all over, you can also get bath lotions etc. but if it gets worse or Carry's on i would def see the doctor i found i was allergic to the industrial cleaner deepio a couple of years ago and it flared up. go get it checked out!
