Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, driving with an expired license, DWI. For never being in trouble with the law before, she is making up for lost time fast.

DWI carries a mandatory suspension of driving privileges in NY (or is that Albany, GA)

The unauthorized use charge is generally less severe than Grand Theft Auto, she could get lucky there, unless the room mate wants to go the whole grand theft auto route.

I'd say she is looking at some heavy fines, probation, and a long time with no license.

She should pay for repairs for any damage to the room mate's car (this could head off a grand theft auto charge). Begging the room mate for mercy couldn't hurt either.

Dang, in just one night she has a bad start on a criminal record. She needs to clean up the mess she made of her life

So, we have grand theft auto, driving without a license, and driving while intoxicated. That's three strikes in one night. Her outcome doesn't look good.

Better hope that the roommate doesn't press charges. That would be the worst thing.
