But whenever me and my boyfriend go anywhere, and someone has an accent, he always starts laughing. Like we were at Inca's the other day, and so of course the waiter had an accent, and my boyfriend looked like he was about to cry he was laughing so hard. Sometimes he makes me laugh too, but I think it's so rude... how can I get him not to be like that? I feel bad, and one of these days they're gunna spit in his food because of it. I swear, lol.

He may be a little immature and uses this as a way to feel superior to others.
Confidence comes with age and these issues may take a while. The best thing you can do is to reassure him about who he is and try and foster some ambitions and goals for him (and yourself).
Having something to focus on (a great goal, hobby, career) in your life will give you a sense of self worth and identity. These are hard thing to find when you are young.

Lol...well, first of all, I heard that if an employee, etc. spits in your food or does anything like that they not only get fired, but the get fined $5,000 for it. So you don't need to worry about that. Just tell your boyfriend that it's rude to make fun of people's accents and he should stop. It's not like people with accents can really help talking funny. Tell your boyfriend that he should just give them a break.

Has he ever travel? I don´t think so, because if he had, then he would know that overseas he would be the one with the accent. lol Does he know any other language? I bet he does not either! Next time he embarrasses you with something like that, just stand up, take your purse, and tell him to give you a call whenever he grows up, gets some maturity, and of course, knows how to behave in public!

They are probably already spitting in his food. Its good he has a sense of humor though. But hopefully he is not offending anyone. I don't mind when people laugh at my accent, but I know not everyone can laugh at themselves.

Most of the time people with accents won't even notice if their laughing about that. Tell him that they might think he's stupid or weird.

Tell him you find it rude, and are almost less attracted to him when he does this. Tell him it's time to grow up and act like more of a man, instead of a 9 year old boy.

how would he like it if somebody laughed at the way he talked?

He is ignorant in the sense that there are many cultures that make up our society. Maybe he lives a very sheltered life.
Tell him to educate himself about things that he doesn't already know about; broaden his horizons.

Tell him it makes you feel uncomfortable, & that it's hella rude, & that you'll stop going out with him if he can't stop being immature about things like that.
