i havent had sex in 4 years cuz i got pregnant at the age of 24 and i decided to wait until i could take responsabilities for my actions, now i feel like i felt before i had sex the first time, im scared, my sister tells me i need it, but im not sure... what do u think?

Don't be so hard on yourself! We're all human and make mistakes, and i think it's fair to say you've learnt your lesson. I wouldn't say you need some action, if you've got a boyfriend and have been with him for a bit etc and you feel ready than i say go for it! Just amke sure you on some sort of birthcontrol such as the pill and use condoms as back up (and for STI's too)!

Taking responsibility for your actions doesn't necessarily mean not having sex, but taking precautions to make sure you don't get pregnant (when you don't want to) or infected. Don't let anyone pressure you into doing it again if you don't feel like it, and if you feel like it, then don't be scared. Do it with someone you like, though, or at least find sexy, or it will feel pointless.

We ALL need it, but like you I took some time "off" because I found some of my behavior a bit out of control. And once you get off the rollercoaster it's liberating at first, then problematic deciding where to get back on (if that's a metaphor you can appreciate and relate to). Ultimately no one's opinion is valid but your own in this. I wish you every happiness and fulfillment as you navigate this journey.

Well its not something a person cant live without but its a good thing to get it sometimes....next time you have sex make sure you use a condom...and make sure its not damaged or anything so you dont get pregnant again.
