She seems fine, going to the bathroom, eating, drinking, but she lost her balance, her equilibrium seems to be off! She can barely stand up, and walks sideways, falling over in the litter box? What is it? and what can be done? Let me know asap please!! =o(

This is not a "treat at home situation." You have to take her to a vet. Sorry, but this is a serious symptom that needs to be checked out by a vet immediately. Call your vet or look in the phone book to find a 24 hour emergency vet and take her right away.

Nothing can be done at home really get a cat bed and put warm water bottles ny her that will get the cats legs to warm up a little bit it may works but keep food and water by at all times cuz walking on it will not help.. then vet care is guarenteed as soon as possible.

I agree with 1st ans., with what could be wrong.
But it sounds serious.
A vet is a MUST.
"She seems fine"? How can she do all those things, yet can't keep balance?
It's neurological, go to vet ASAP.

Could have something as simple as an ear infection, or something neurological and bad.

SEE A VET!!!!! There is no "diagnosis at home" kit.
