Try icing when you are awake or a heating pad on low for sleeping. It sounds as if you have a vertebrae out of place in your low back and need a Chiropractic adjustment. But it is a little late in the pregnancy.

I had Orthopedic adjustments 3/4 of the way through my pregnancy.

I stroingly suggest you see an osteopath in case your spine is in trouble. If it is bad now then it will be worse as time goes on. For now and I know it is holiday time, when in bed lie as flat as possible on your back with a pillow to support your head at least you won't make matters worse. if this is painful cos of the pregnancy then turn on to your side and place a pillow between the legs.

pillows and pillows! they work wonders! Try one between your knees on your side, or at your lower back when your on your back. Also when you're on your side, you may want a small pillow supporting your stomach. Those are some tricks I used to do when I was pregnant. Good Luck!
