what are the dimensions for ps3 themes?

im getting one for xmas and i want to create my own theme.
Oh yeah what file type does it have to be eg jpeg gif

They are supposed to be .png. The link will let you download the program you need to make the ".p3t" file, and an instructional booklet. I believe it also gives you a template to work off of.
