A priest is just a man. God is the only one you need for forgiveness of sins.

In the days of the old covenant, priests were required to act as intermediaries between God and man. Now that we are living in the new covenant, there is no need for that any longer.
You can be directly forgiven by God without the aid of a priest, once you go before Him with a sincere, repentant heart and truly ask of Him to forgive you of whatever sin you have committed.

Repentance is between God and the one needing forgivness unless we have sinned against someone else. A priest is not needed for if you have a relationship with Christ then, you are a priest, a king and or prophet of God.

If you pray from your heart and really mean it. A priest can't forgive you for God. He can only be the mediator between you and God. So ,you can do directly to God yourself, but only in the name of Jesus. Jesus is the way to God. A priest, preacher, or pastor prays to God just like everyone else, but in the name of Jesus.Hope this helps !!!!!!

You don't need a priest. You only need the forgiveness of Christ and His shed blood for your sins. Skip the self-appointed middle-man and go straight to the Lord.

Some things are unforgivable no matter how much you pray or how many priests you go to.
A priest is just a human being. He has no more of a connection to G-d than you do. Priests have committed terrible unforgivable sins.

NO priest is ever necessary for forgiveness. Just pray directly to God, in Jesus' name, and be truthful with Him.

forgiveness is between u and god , there are no intermediates . u dont need a preist if u truly believe in god and willing to find his mercy . a priect has his own sins he is only human too, just like u.

Do you remember the answer Jesus gave to the petition: Master, teach us to pray? He answered in Luke 11:4 Forgive us our sins, for we forgive everyone ...Here you know Jesus ask us to pray directly to GOD to forgive our sins, my friend.
