Ok, first off you will probably upset God by calling them ammendments, they are actually called commandments. Here is the list, but basically, do not do anything that you know is wrong, and you will be fine!!! :)
The 10 Commandments - God's Revelation in the Old Testament
The 10 Commandments are found in the Bible's Old Testament at Exodus, Chapter 20. They were given directly by God to the people of Israel at Mount Sinai after He had delivered them from slavery in Egypt:
"And God spoke all these words, saying: 'I am the LORD your God…
ONE: 'You shall have no other gods before Me.'
TWO: 'You shall not make for yourself a carved image--any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.'
THREE: 'You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain.'
FOUR: 'Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy.'
FIVE: 'Honor your father and your mother.'
SIX: 'You shall not murder.'
SEVEN: 'You shall not commit adultery.'
EIGHT: 'You shall not steal.'
NINE: 'You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.'
TEN: 'You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's.'

Why do people keep skipping the second list given by Moses in Exodus 34:12-26?
1. Worship no other god.
2. No molten gods.
3. Keep the feast of unleavened bread.
4. redeem all the firstborn sons.
5. Rest on the 7th day.
6. Observe the feast of weeks.
7. All the menchildren will gather before the lord 3 times each year.
8. No blood sacrifice to be offered with leaven.
9. Bring the firstfruits of the land to the house of god.
10. No seething a kid in it's mother's milk.
Moses gave us both lists and called each one the ten commandments, Yet people still believe him.

You're probably referring to the first set of commandments that God gave Moses. These are found in Exodus 20. Over time, many other commandments were added, as in the rest of Exodus, and the regulations of Leviticus and so on.
Happily, none of these are in effect today! Jesus died to fulfill all of these, and we are no longer under the law of Moses. We do have the obligation to fulfill the law of Christ, though.
As to making God mad, that's hard to give a definite answer. Sometimes it depends on what you did, other times on why you did it. Suppose you accidentally dropped a glass of milk or soda pop on the floor. That's a lot different than pouring a glass of the same stuff on someone's head or lap, or saying "I hate you!" and doing this out of revenge or spite. If you think it makes God mad, you're probably right. The good thing is, He is willing to forgive you if you genuinely ask for it.

I believe you are referring to the Ten Commandments.
1. I am the Lord your God. Thou shalt have no other gods before me. (He should be the Lord and Ruler of your life. He is to be more important that parents, children, spouses, wealth of any type, job or position, etc. He is to be Number 1.)
2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image. (Don't make statues, dolls, figurines, because these things are not real and should not be worshiped. They are idols.)
3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain. (There are two ways of looking at this one. One is cursing using the Lord name and the other is denying His existence, saying He doesn't care, doesn't respond to prayer, etc.)
4. Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy. (The Sabbath is to be used for prayer, study of the Lord's word, communing with the Holy Spirit and not for shopping, movies, etc. The New Testament does tell us that if there is an emergency that it's OK to tend to it.)
5. Honor thy father and mother. (Just what it says, you are to hold your parents in high esteem and with respect. If you have abusive parents, though it may be difficult, you should forgive them. Your parents should always be honored.)
6. Thou shalt not commit murder. (If you decide you just don't like someone and kill them, that is murder and is forbidden. If someone attacks you and you kill them defending yourself or someone else, that is not murder even though it is a killing.)
7. Thou shalt not commit adultry. (Save yourself for your future spouse and do not comit fornication in any form. Keep sex within the confines of marriage.)
8. Thou shalt not steal. (This is basically paraphrased, but it means that you should not take anything that does not belong to you. It includes material things as well as another's spouse, kidnapping or anything that does not belong to you. If you would like something, ask if you can have it or go purchase one for yourself. Don't change price tags, or put extras in boxes. I think most of us are guilty of this one because who, as a child, didn't sneak into the kitchen and steal a cookie from the cookie jar?)
9. Thou shalt not bear false witness. (Simply put, don't lie to anyone.)
10. Thou shalt not covet. (You should not desire to have something that belongs to another. This includes people as in ...not covet thy neighbor's wife or anything that is thy neighbors.)
From Exodus 20:3-17 KJV
One other thing that the Lord isn't to pleased about is blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Which is saying that the Holy Spirit doesn't exist. It is the one unforgivable sin. He's also not to pleased with people who reject His Son, Jesus Christ.
