(bare with me here I am only 17 and not very smart with all of this). I currently own an RCA, rear-projection, HDTV. It's 40 something inches in size. But anyways, our family purchased an HDTV and I was excited mostly so I could game on it with my ps3 and 360. Because I hear HDTV works wonders with those. Anywho, I can't find the RGB plug ins on the TV! I mean it's HD, so it should have the HDMI inputs right? (I think that's what they're called, I'm talking about the green and blue inputs, etc, etc.) I thought all HDTV's had those. I'm disappointed now though. I have the cables and everything and am ready to play these badboys on HD and then I look and the TV doesn't have the right inputs. What is wrong with this picture!?

You are correct. If it is a new HDTV it should have both component input (Red/green/blue) and HDMI (a single flat connector - a bit wider than USB).
Check the TV user manual.
