You might want to look in the foot care aisle. Mostly you want to put a thick lotion on your feet and put socks on at night after you apply lotion. This will help smooth your feet. You don't want to make your feet too soft because you might get blister because you are not used to it. I would also suggest going to get a ped. This will help you start in the right direction. They will help you and educate you on how far back you should cut your nails and cut them straight across, this way you will not get ingrowing toenails etc... I hope this helps. Good Luck and Happy Holidays.

Spray warm or hot water on your feet every night when you take a shower or bath and then use a pumice to scrub the heel and tops of toes. You can buy the pumice at the nail salons or at the drugstore. It's not expensive (three dollars) and lasts a really long time. Just do that every night and then after the shower or bath, towel dry and then put sock on it because it's really cold now and it can be really bad for your feet. For the colder weathers, don't wear flip- flops or shoes that reveal the heal to the cold air. That makes it worse. And if you want, just put some lotion on it. You should use lotion that is for the dry skin. Good Luck.
