If your question is CAN they, yeah, because no matter what situation you're in, you can always be blessed.
If you mean WILL they, then, yeah, probably, because they don't know anything else.
Kind of like how we could have been born with the ability to fly, but we should be thankful just or the chance that we can walk, because a lot of people don't even have that.

Of course, anyone can perceive anything. They can never know they have been deprived of something they have never had. As long as someone whose opinion they value tells them they are blessed they will think so, just as happens now.

I believe every American should leave the States at least once in their life.
They will find out quickly that they live as queens and kings compared to some of the other countries.

When you are born into something you don't know anydiffrent. SO they may think they are blessed.
