At work there is this guy who like 34 and constantly finds reasons to talk to me asking stuff like 'do you know what your doing' 'do you need help' etc. and he always touches me when he talks to me like putting his hand on my lower back and on my shoulder or arm. The other day he had to apologise to me over something and kept saying 'please don't hold it against me'(what he did) and my hand was on the rail of the staircase when talking so he put his hand on top of it while he was talking. i'm 16 so it looked proper weird and he got funny looks off people going past. Do you think he likes me more than a normal work colleague?

Oh, jeez. I think you're right. Some of the pieces that you describe sound perfectly innocent. But when you put it all together, along with the "please don't hold it against me" statement, it doesn't look good.
The way that he is relating to you is off kilter. He knows it, but does not seem to be backing off. And it's obvious enough that other people can see that something's not right.

Yeah....he likes you and you're still a minor and does he not realize how much trouble he could get in??? wow...tell your manager and let them take care of it...the best thing for you to do would be to avoid him before he pulls something else!!!

you are a minor and he should not show any interest in you
other than a father daughter type of relationship.
he is 34 and should know that.

Yes, and if he's getting too friendly with you, you need to report it too your boss. If you're sixteen and he's thirty-four, then he has some serious issues.
