My husbands hockey team is having their Christmas Party tonight and I don't wanna go empty handed. I love sweets so I was thinking of cupcakes...but I wanted to try something new. Do you think I can put peanut butter in the batter or will that just come out a weird consistency?? Anyone ever try it?

I was gonna put chocolate frosting on top to give it that peanut butter effect. Cool thanks ladies! I'll let you know how they turn out :)

Absolutely - use the same amount as you would the Oil since the peanut butter is so oily. You may want to really wow them and toss in chocolate chips so it has that "peanut-butter cup" taste. Good luck!

Yes! Of course! Peanut butter will make them nice and dense, gooey, and delicious! Merry Christmas!

I've never tried it. What I would do is make some cupcakes and put peanut better between the mix. Only do two to see how it turns out. Please let us know. I'm curious.
