Yes. You can either record your voice as a .wav file and burn it to CD or convert the .wav to a .mp3 file and burn that to the CD. Either way you will need a sound card that supports microphone input and some audio manipulation software (which may or may not come with the sound card). Audiograbber is one freeware sound package but there are many others.
