If you're writing the page in html, the tag is or , and then you can use attrubutes like . To color it, you'd just use the tag with attributes describing the colors.

Pretty straightforward. Remember, you can size the banner by either using a percentage or size tag.

this depends on a few things if this is you own web page you have to look into it a little I know on my page a can set this up with theses switches No Spamming Please im not sure if they are all the same!!!!
