For free, maybe if you get a scholarship to a college that teaches arabic.
For little money you might try Talk Now! Arabic or World Talk Arabic software. They are pretty cheap and will teach you basic stuff like colors, numbers, objects, etc...
Also Georgetown University Press sells arabic language books that are by far better than any other.
