I know exactly how you feel - by the time I had had my second born son (now 14 months old) I was huge (over 100kg) and in despair over what to do about it, my husband ate junk food with me during both pregnancies and gained a lot too. I was determined not to stay that way though, and I went out and bought a twin stroller (I also have a 2 year old) and started walking every day for over an hour, a really challenging walk with hills that has made the weight drop off. I haven't got much left to go but it has taken a long time to get to this point, and a lot of effort. I felt I had to do it now or never as it won't be possible to walk anymore when the boys are too old to be in a pram.
I also went to a gym about 3 times a week for weight resistance training, exercising for about an hour. It has taken about 9 months to lose 25kg (sorry I don't know pounds) and drop from Australian size 20-22 back to my old size 16.
If you have the motivation to stick to it then all you need to sort out is care of your little girl. Is there any time of the day that someone can care for her which would enable you to go for a long walk or a shorter run? Some high intensity cardio as opposed to a longer walk is just as if not more effective and takes up less time, but you would need to build up your fitness level first rather than just jump straight into something strenuous. You just have to find a time when you don't have to be with your daughter and do whatever you can in that space of time, even if it is running up and down steps at your home, skipping with a rope, anything! If you can do about half an hour to an hour cardio exercise a day you will definitely lose weight. I went to gym at night when my boys were in bed even though I was really tired by then. My husband started going to a gym on his way home from work, it means he gets home really late but it is doing him good. On the weekends we walk together. We have set ourselves realistic long-term goals for weight loss and then when we achieve those we will continue to try to keep fit to maintain it as best as we can. We both feel so much better about ourselves with what we have done so far and so much healthier too, which is really important.
You can do it, and I wish you lots of success.

Put your daughter in a stroller and go for a fast-paced walk. Bring a snack, or a book or toy to keep her occupied, or just talk to her and point out things along the way. If she wants to get out of the stroller, explain to her about good health and exercise, and that you need to walk fast for a while first. Then let her out to walk for the last 10 or 15 minutes or so and go at her pace. When my daughter was that age, we 'took turns' getting our exercise on walks.
You could also try bicycling, with your daughter in a trailer. Wear helmets! I often let my daughter choose between a walk or a bike ride.
One thing that helps me is not just walking or biking, but walking or biking to a particular destination. Could you walk or bike to school, the library, park, store, restaurant, etc. instead of hopping into the car when you need to go somewhere?
Good luck!

jog, bike, walk at a fast pace, pilates and yoga to. Get a jogging stroller, and go walk at a fast pace sucking in your stomach or jog and walk switching back and forth, start slow to build up stamina and start out at 2 times a week work up to 3. Start at 10 minutes then move up to 15 then 20 over time. Also cut out all sodas, all chips, anything fried and fast food. Eat yogart, keep snacks like apples and carrots in close reach, don't deprive yourself if you have a craving but don't over do it. You can even get a stationary bike and ride it while you watch tv. I do that also.
I just lost 30 pounds in 7 months after having my son this is what I did.

You've gotten a lot of great suggestions already. I suggest joining a gym with a daycare. Our gym's daycare is pretty cheap--like a buck an hour. I like to do the classes (step, lifting) and treadmill, my husband likes to do weight machines, elliptical, treadmill, and swim. We joined 4 months ago, hubby has lost 28lbs, not as much for me but I'm getting there.

Buy Walk Away the Pounds (any version really) at Walmart or Target. Really helps you with your cardio. My blood pressure is below average and for someone in my weight range, my doc is ecstatic.
I actually brought the DVD a couple of times while babysitting a 2 year old and she liked to do the steps too.

Its kinda hard to lose weight when your already healthy and fit. Add more intensity in your workout, meaning try add more reps or go faster. Try eating small portions and have no snacks. Always drink water and obviously stay away from junk food. Good luck!
