My father worked in a missionary hospital in a third world country. Your claims are BS, the hospital treated everybody at a fraction of the cost of the treatment. As a matter of fact I remember several cases when non-Christians were treated free of charge.
In addition, most missionaries I know of do not come from the US so the CIA claim is also a lot of BS. You really need to get your facts straight.

1. You can't buy Christianity. You can't pay someone to believe in something. Trying to do so is asinine.
2. Nobody should refuse to treat anyone else based on their religion. Doing so is an insult to God. He loves all people.
3. I've never met a missionary whose mission statement included acting as a spy while ministering in any area.
I am a Christian. I have been a missionary.

1 you cant pay money to someone to get them to be saved. 2 Ive never heard of a missionary hospital refusing to treat non Christians. Pat Robinson pays for Muslims to get operations sometimes. 3 I doubt if missionaries give help to the CIA also, that's not why they are there. I don't think they would jeopardize their work there by doing that. This all sounds like an attempt by atheists to control who hears the gospel and who doesn't.

How about the Christian missionaries operating on this very website?
In the past week, I have responded to three questions from people specifically asking about Judaism.
On each occasions, Christians responded, claiming to be giving a link to a site that would help - I checked each link and ALL THREE linked to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES.
How is that ethical???

I honestly have never heard of missionaries like that..
I know a few.. and their goal is to help people. To my knowledge they have never turned anyone away that needed help. Do missionaries claim the name of christ, yes. The families I know actually help people.

Missionaries have a centuries-long tradition of subjugating people of many countries and cultures, bringing and spreading disease, and fostering hate and war. Ask a Native American what they think of the missionary schools.

You seem to be making a lot of unsubstantiated claims. Exactly where is this happening? Specifically who is doing this? What are your sources?
If anyone is doing what is you claim, that is wrong.
