Anytime you drink and mix pills is dangerous. If you haven't done it, i don't suggest it. Beer and Xanax are two different types of depressants. You'll feel mellow, but if you overdo, you'll be in for a looooooooooong night. Time will slow itself, reaction time will be severely impaired, motor skills will probably fail.
Heart and breathing rate would also slow down. You'll feel toooooo mellow. Don't do it if you have heart problems.

it's normally not a good idea to mix rx meds with alcohol, as this can cause the drugs or booze to affect you in different ways than they should, and think of your liver!
I've been around people who take Xanax and drink, and 9 out of 10 times theres a fight, for some reason, Xanax makes people more agitated when mixed with alcohol.
Don't do it, just smoke a D*****bie instead!

You should not mix medications with alcohol unless your doctor or pharmacist specifically tells you it's okay. Since alcohol is a depressant, I wouldn't do it. It might create a chemical imbalance, which I assume is what you are trying to resolve with Xanax.

YOu will probably be OK but it isn't a good idea since they specifically say on the Xanax label not to drink alcohol while taking it....must be a reason for that.

Yes it will be fine. I normally wait 4 hours before I drink if I've taken Valium. Saying that I've taken 20mg of Valium and was drinking Jack Daniels doubles and coke and I was fine. Tbh it felt good lol but just because I was ok with it doesn't mean all will be so I would say wait at least 4 hours after injesting Xanax or any benzodiazepine.

a doctor will tell you yes and if you are driving i wouldn't recommend it but i have done it myself and as long as you limit the amount of alcohol the side effects are minimal. if you take xanax in the morning more than likely the effects will be worn off by evening time but that doesn't make it any safer.
