We let out brother in law move in so we could help him out , the day he moved in he quit his job and started letting his girlfriend stay the night everynight , he hasnt paid us a dime in rent and doesnt clean up after himself , I have a baby on the way and my husband works 18 hours a day . To make the situation worse he spends all his money on beer and leave beer cans everywhere , he parties everynight and keeps us up and he invites people we dont know over to our house , he has a daughter who lives with his parents and he hasnt seen her once since he moved in with us , he gets food stamps every month but eats all our food and when we run out he doesnt buy new groceries instead he goes out and buys steak dinners and eats with his girlfriend right in front of us . We asked his parents what we should do and they basically told us it was our problem and that he wasnt moving back in with them , We want to kick him out but he has no where to go . What the heck should I do ?

You need to set a firm move-out date for him and stick by it. Be prepared to put his stuff out on the porch and change the locks.
You need to stop his guests at the door and send them back.

Since there is such a parade going through there, you need to put a deadbolt lock on your bedroom door to limit access to your stuff.

What my sister did to get rid of some freeloading relatives:
Stopped the cable TV and internet service. Had the phone company disallow all long distance phone calls. Put a lock box on the thermostat. And QUIT buying groceries... except maybe the bare minimum peanut butter and bread. They moved out.
You can supplement that by sending all of the upholstered furniture out to be professionally-cleaned so the loafer won't have anything to lounge on.
How about making things around there terribly noisy the morning after a party.
The tougher you make it for him to live there, the better.

You cannot be used unless you allow it. Tell him he has 2 months to find a job and a place to live. Also set up some rules for the 2 months he remains there...NO guests in YOUR home, and he must help with groceries. Taking in someone like him was a major mistake...to let things continue like this would be an even bigger mistake. You and your husband are NOT responsible for keeping this guy! He has the ability to work...force him...otherwise tell him to move in with his girlfriend

offer him one week to get a job and start paying his share or, "don't let the door knob hit you where the good Lord split you!" That is my thought...he will leech off you as long as YOU let him...blessings

I would basically tell him to get himself back in order, immediately, or find a new place.

it isn't your problem that he has nowhere to go - he's abusing your kindness and you need to let him know it stops and he starts repecting your things as well as paying you, or he is out in 30 days....with police help if necessary.

Kick him out. He's a problem you can do without.
