I brought home a container full of cut cube cheese (different kinds of cheese) from my work party yesterday and I'm clueless what to do with it. I was curious if anyone knows any simple and easy meals I can make with this cheese before I toss it out after going bad?

Put them on pizza! Buy a crust or make your own, top with some pasta sauce, cheese and whatever else you like. Easy and sooo good on a cold night!

Separate the swiss, Gruyere, Fontina...etc out and make fondu. If you have lots of cheddar (separate that out) and make home made mac and cheese. Unfortunately, cheese has different characteristics when melted and combining it all together won't work for most dishes.

You can make a delicious cheese sauce for pasta or vegetables. Just make a white sauce and stir in whatever cheeses you'd like.
