Actually a friend was praying to him just the other day, and he said that Jesus is starting lean ever so slightly towards evolution.

Jesus was sent by god to tell the people of gods word. In the Muslim Quran it gives the complete true story given to us by Allah at the time and ever sense then the word has not changed. So like i said Jesus would support Islam because he was a follower of Allah (my god)

Jesus did not care one lick for "religion". All he ascribed to was recognition of God the Father and showing us HOW to love.
The Jews of the time expanded the 10 Commandments into 600+ laws and more were forthcoming. Jesus broke those down into two. "Love the Lord your God...... love your neighbor as yourself." (Mark 12:30-31)
You've heard it said the "God is Love". This is the entire context of Jesus' ministry of kingdom building.
Jesus would support any "religion" that was based on love (I Cor 13) and would allow acknowledgment of Himself as Messiah. This was his proclamation as "no one goes to the Father except through me!"
As it stands now - there is only one religion that complies - Christianity.
(By the way - Catholicism barely complies with this as Catholic Doctrine only allows for confession of sins through a priest! Catholics are not supposed to go through Christ themselves.)

The same one he support now. It's not about religion. Jesus said I am the way. No one can get to God but thru the blood of Jesus.

Pure religion is to show the concern for others that God has placed in the heart of man, man being made in the image of God, and to keep yourself unspotted from the world.

Religion doesn't save people, except if out of your concern you save someone's life, but that is temporary, not eternal.

Jesus isn't coming back the second time to save man from his sin. He finished that work. When he comes back he is coming as a judge and all those who are not ready will be out of time when they see him, and they will if they are alive at that moment.

As I don't judge a religion by the people that endorse it, why would I care what religion any person from 2000 years ago would endorse?

None of them. It hinders Grace and Freedom and it is not in tune with setting the captives free and destroying the works of satan which is what Jesus came to do.
