which is better, windows live mail or windows mail (used to be outlook express)?

I was just wondering which was the better email application,

Windows Live Mail, the one that you can download with Windows Live Messenger, or

Windows Mail (in vista) is Outlook Express in older versions of windows

I also have Microsoft Outlook 2007 on a CD but that takes up 700MB of disk space

I was just wondering if anyone knew which one was the best to use, cheers

As a pure mail client, I think "Windows Mail" is a much better program. It is basically "Outlook" without all the office organization software.
