VW Jetta TDI best diesel at affordable price. And save lots of fuel. But diesel do cost little more than gas. Hybrid car like prius, or civic might cost you a little to buy the car, and they're usually small, their not good when you needed power to get in freeway. But they do save you a lot of gas. And they're very reliable. The only reason people don't like about them is because they're small VERY slow, and ugly.
