There had better be a lot of positives in this relationship, because if there aren't, it's doomed. You're both too insecure to trust one another.
Gee whiz, you're being blamed for stuff when your brain is basically turned off! Does she over-interpret other things you do, too? Like if you turn on the car radio, you don't want to talk to her, or if you smile at something she says, you're ridiculing her?
Listen to some episodes of "The Bickersons" on Old Time Radio. Most of their arguments occurred at night, and they were all totally irrational ... but very funny.
You're not a pig, you're a guy. And saying you cannot tell lies in your sleep is like saying every dream you have is true.

Your friend is actually correct but for all the wrong reasons. As a point of reference, check out Freud's seminal nocturnal work about wet dreams: "The Interpretation of Breathing" (Freud, 1911).
My interpretation is that she is trying to EXTRACT more from you then just dreams. Her "wish fulfillment" is to be more then "just friends." Her reference to pigs is a projection of her own guilt feelings about her repressed urges.
Hope this helps!

he's in all risk not sound asleep ;) Piggies are lazy creatures, and could probable merely kinda lie down for loss of something greater effectual to do. Get him some toys to play with and take him out greater for exercising.

Have you tried recording yourself while you sleep? Some people do talk while they are dreaming it could be interesting.
As far as it being "the truth", that is unlikely. Even if you are puting together coherent sentences in your sleep, they will be related to your dreams and/or intense emotions, but not your "secrets".

She can "interpret your breathing into words"?
She really shouldn't go off her medication...

I do talk in my sleep and one if my past loves recorded conversations with me. I am freaking nuts in my sleep.
Our son used to talk in his sleep too, very clear but stream of thought, not very logical, plenty of nonsequitors.
