You do not need any college hours to be a Nave Seal, Special Forces, Ranger or Airborne.
You just need a mental state of mind life a criminal investigator but with the physical capabilities of a NBA player.
According to my fellow Navy recruiters I would have to add.

US Army Recruiter 3 years running in Texas

As far as I know, being a US Navy SEAL is often times a better education than what you can get at the local college.
And as some have already stated - you can rig it so that it turns into further education.
Just be aware that it is an elite faction of the military - so it might be easier to register at school than it would be to become a US Navy Seal.

As stated there is no requirement to be a NAVY SEAL as far as college is concerned. However it would help you a great deal because everything about the job is high tech! It is open to officers and enlisted alike, and the jobs performed vary from team to team. (ie: radio coms, explosives, medical, etc) If you really want to become a SEAL then may I suggest you up your physical training, swimming skills, get into martial arts, to name a few. I hope this helps you to someday reach your goal.

No college required, but you do have to score high on the ASVAB. There is a lot of intense training and a lot of strategic planning involved so intelligence is required.

No. But if you do it right, you'll transfer your training into college credits.
