My friend invited me to her baptism at her church and I went and she was wearing clothes and I told her baptism was about becoming clean and you can't become clean if you have your clothes on, you know??

It doesn't matter as long as EVERYTHING gets wet, even though the Bible does not prescribe the amount of water. And it must be done IN CHURCH even though the Bible doesn't have any example of baptism being performed during a worship service. And the baptizee MUST be ABOVE THE AGE OF REASON even though infant baptism is nowhere forbidden in Scripture and is even supported with allusions to this practice through the covenant of circumcision.

Being baptized is a symbol of turning from a sinful life and becoming "clean from sin" in a Christian life. It doesn't matter if someone wears clothes in a baptism. God does not look at our outward bodies, but our spirtual body.

baptism is a show of faith you are cleaned of you sins by accepting the Holy Ghost. all a baptism is for is so that you can publicly show that you believe that Jesus died for your sins, that's when they lay you in the water, then rose again in three days, that is when they take you out of the water. you have to be a believer to state them things that is why it is not biblical to baptize infants.
the theif on the cross got to paradise and he did not get baptised. all he had to do was believe Jesus.

It doesn't count anyway. Why are you so gullible and superstitious to think that a man mumbling some mumbo jumbo and sprinkling water on you is going to save you and make you live forever? Wow, stone age thinking at its best.
