Wiccans generally believe that rebounding spells are ethical because they are not causing any harm - the agressor is in effect harming himself.
There are repercussions for all of our actions, good and bad. Sometimes harm is necessary and (at least in my view) ethical. (Such as shooting someone in self-defence) That doesn't mean you're suddenly immune to the consequences of that action...merely that sometimes the situation is worth the consequences. That's something we should always be mindful of.

A Karma spell? No, but a good Hex would work. I'm a Wiccan who thinks the Three Fold Law is not always the best reason for inaction. Sometimes a smackdown is what is called for.

While I'm an old-school Wiccan and believe in the Law of Return, not that it's multiplied by three or ten or whatever, I still think this is a bad idea.
The best protection from another's negativity is weeding them out of your life and living ethically without them.
You're not the agent of Return, or the hand of Karma. What's done will be done.
If it is a case of something outright illegal, however, call the cops, because sometimes they ARE the agents of Return.

the rule of karma is basically what you put out you'll get back.
whatever negative energy they put out, it may take awhile, but it will come back to them. I'm an atheist, but I believe in the Three fold law of karma. but i don't think for any reason you should push karma. it will come back to them. just be patient, and i don't mean to offend, but you sound like your being a little vindictive about it. let it go and let karma take its course.

Maybe you should send them a spell to find peace and to release the negative feelings they harbor toward you. I was mad at my husband one time because he was being a cheating sack of **** basically and I put a spell on him. I asked that no matter who he was ever with that he would never be able to get me out of his head. Anyway he's my ex- husband now and he makes my life basically a living hell cause he will not leave me alone. If I try to date someone he literally harasses them to the point of ridiculous. I'm almost ready to put a restraining order against him. He says that everyone he trys to date doesn't compare to me and so on and so on. The point is I keep wondering if it was because of the spell I put on him. I wish I knew how to reverse it now.

It's just another indication of the quilt-ridden philosophy which is held by your neopegan, pseudo-christian group. You white witches want to delve into witchcraft, but cannot divorce yourselves from the stigma attached to it. Therefore, you call yourselves white magicians, and base seventy-five percent of your philosophy on the trite and hackneyed tenets of christianity. Anyone who pretends to be interested in magic or the occult for one reason other than personal gain is the worst kind of hypocrite.

No one can create negativity in your life without doing the same in their own, probably in an even greater amount.
