Usually the actual production costs are not disclosed for obvious reasons. There are no Su-37s anymore, however its little brother the Su-35 is available at an unit cost of US$ 35 M. It would vary a bit here and there depending on the hardware configurations.

Hi. I read that the cost was paid by licensing the Su-27 design to China. This would make it very expensive, and I think answer 1 is right.
