Talk to your parents..convince them you need to go out once in a while.......try and try to talk to them but don't argue with them...tell them your feeings about being treated like a prisoner in your own home.....show them that you are responsible and know what is right and wrong but at the same time you want to enjoy life like any normal teen

Overprotective parents are strong minded. Usually, there is no way around them. It just leads to problems once the child turns 18 and began to retalliate toward them. Tell them how u feel, and if they have any suggestions. Do u have any youth groups at church that you can participate in.

You will be SO GLAD they did that FOR you!!!
Partying is NOT a good thing to do.
Get your mind on something else--nice--like get your church clothes ready for tomorrow--or call somebody that is sick and ask how they are--or go visit a nursing home.
JUST GET YOUR MIND OFF OF YOURSELF and you will be amazed at the things that will cross your mind to do.
You know what's FUN??!!???
Blow a photo up and trace through tracing paper and then color that photo with color pencils--talk about FUN!!!
The RESULTS are sooooo cooooolLLL!!!!!

It is u , who thinks , they are overprotective. They are just doing their duty towards their daughter.Ask them to take u on some outing, some social gatherings, festivals etc. This will provide u an opportunity to walk outside, atleast with them , if not alone. When u reach to their status u will automatically understand why they are overprotective.

They don't think you're underage, you are underage. Obviously you went partying before, since you say that it makes you forget all your problems. Parties don't do that, unless there's alcohol or drugs involved. You are young and time goes by slowly, but time will pass, and you will be 18 soon enough. You'll just have to wait.
