I was trying to file my taxes and it said I need to fill this out before I submit.

FDEIC??? I never heard this abbreviation. EIC usually stands for the Earned Income Credit when we talk about tax. FD-Fair Disclosure? I am only here wildly guessing. "Fair Disclosure for EIC"? Please check again the diagnosis message.

You will need to reread the error message. FDEIC doesn't ring a bell.

If you are claiming EIC based on a qualifying child, schedule EIC is required.

And what the heck are you submitting? It's too late to electronically file 2006 taxes and too early to electronically file 2007 taxes.
