i can just see one of these days i will get myself in huge trouble. i know its not the place to do it but i do anyway. and i see others smiling if i so much as even talk to another man. how do i stop

I had the same problem. It is very difficult to overcome, but did it. I wrote down "Sexual Harassment will get me fired" everywhere I could and mentally trained myself to become more professional. I also thought about how I would hate to search for for another job, and read the policies and definitions to sexual harassment. I encourage you to read those because harassment is in the eye of the beholder. Good Luck and I hope you acheive your goal.

Well, one of these days a co-worker will press sexual harassment charges against you and then you will really find the urge to stop. Good thing you are a female because us males can get in trouble just for telling a woman she is dressed nice.
