I personally use this free program. It works great if you have not already written over those pictures by downloading any other information or programs.
Don't use system restore. It will not work for photo files, just system files.

It IS possible to recover them!
When you delete files from the Recycle Bin, they are not actually deleted. The computer marks the space on the Hard Drive that they occupy rewritable - in other words, those pictures will have something saved over them and be lost forever. This could happen the very next time you save something or a few months down the road, depending on your computer use.
Some members on TechIMO recommended RecoverMyFiles - it's a free, third-party program that may just help you recover them (assuming they have not been overwritten yet). Go to the first Source link below and click the link called "Download and try Recover My Files software Free!" - a popup should appear, install and run the program then follow the steps to recover the files. Good luck!

Try a System Restore?
Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Click "Continue" for Network Admin permission window. Select "Next" at next window, then select a date before you noticed the photos missing. Allow the Restore to complete.

U want to Restore PERMANETLY Deleted Files?
*scratches head* Good Luck! lol
The only thing I can recommend would be to do a Search for Images in your search for files and folders link under your start Menu....
If a search finds them just look at the location they were found in and go retrieve them copying and pasting them into another folder of your choice.

You can get them back with out downloading any thing. Go to the start button(the circle) and go to all programs than in there find the folder accessories than system tools than system restore. Or you can just search system restore in the start menu than you pick a restore point and then you can restore and you will be able to have your pictures back.

try and look in the temporary folders in the c drive in my computer. If the pictures are not there then I am afraid that you have lost them all together. ALWAYS back up your computer about every week or so onto another external hard drive or discs. If you get Panda Security '08 it will back it up for you quickly and easily and it's the best security package around so it'll protect you from every virus and vuneribility that is around.

To download Recuva for free you can click here http://j.mp/1pka6Xf
If you've accidentally deleted some important files, don't freak out: try using Recuva and you'll be able to restore them!

Once you delete something, it is gone forever.
Next time, put your pictures on a CD for safe keeping.
Another thing you can do is keep them in your computer and a internet holding place such as Photobucket. Check this out:
http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v286/rewyman/My%20Signatures/
After you get to Photobucket, click onto the picture and they will enlarge for you.
You can invite your friends and family to visit your Photobucket albums.
