Most Christians believe that there is no point in dating someone if you have no intention on marrying them, so as long as you think that maybe you might be suited for marriage and you don't have sex, then you can go out with them and if it doesn't work out, then you can split up and go out with someone else. There is no limit

One dates to see if the other person would make a good marriage mate. If a person needs to go through that process so many times with different individuals, then they themselves are obviously not ready for marriage.

Are they breaking Gods Law, commandments, As long as no adultry is involved, or sex outside of marriage, I don't see anything that says not to.

As many as they want to before they cave in to the desire to have sex and marry someone (possibly who thy aren't really compatible with, which will later end in divorce).
