They need to be at least 6 weeks before you should use the normal flea treatments on them. If their health is not in danger give it another week or two and if thier health is bad get them to a vet.

You need to call your vet and ask if you can use Capstar on them to get rid of the fleas with in 24 hours but you will also need to clean eerything and get rid of the fleas in their bedding and environment. The puppies are to young for chemicals in shampoo's and those can be extremely dangerous. Please do not use over the counter products on these puppies.
Get a flea comb and work hard at eliminating them. Pluck them off and drown them in dawn dish soap. It's going to take a lot of dedication on your part to get rid of fleas on the puppies but you have to do it. Fleas can kill puppies.
Capstar is cheap.. go to the vet and get some.
Buy 20 mule team borax from the laundry section at WalMart and wash bedding in that. You can also sprinkle that on carpet like carpet fresh then sweep it up the next day. Borax kills fleas.
You can go to GNC or other health food place and get ucalyptus oil and gently bath the puppies in a sink with a small amount of regular shampoo and several drops of the oil.
Do whatever it takes to get rid of them in a safe way. NO over the counter flea shampoo!
Get a capstar for the mother as well. They are very cheap and they work. But they only kill fleas for 24 hours so you will need to get rid of them in the environment.
Good Luck!

The best thing that you can do is to give them a Capstar. This is a pill that you get from the vet that is safe to use on puppies that are as young as 4 weeks old. This pill will only kill the fleas on the puppies, not those in the environment.

Look at the back of the bottles of the shampoos you use BEFORE you buy them, especially if it's flea and tick shampoo, because most say not to use them on puppies less than 6 months old, because it has a flea and tick killing ingredient in it that can harm puppies if they are too young. Your vet may be able to suggest what to use on your young babies though.

Do not wash the mother or the pups with frea or tick shampoo or anything like it. Talk to your vet about the fleas You can go near the pups( unless their mother doesn't want you to) just be gentle and take care of the mother she knows what she is doing.

Call your vet and ask them what you should do. A lot of flea shampoos aren't made for pups that young (read the labels). Get them up there, de-flea your house/yard/dog pen, and they probably need to be wormed (fleas can cause that). Get rid of the bedding they use. It's probably too infested. Give them pups a chance to make it.

I know when my mom use to wash her dog with dawn dish soap and it never got fleas. You might want to try that. or a little vingar and a lice comb will remove them too, and wont hurt the dogs then wash then in dawn or your favorite shamppo to make the vingar smell go away. If taht dont work call your vet, they will be able to tell you what you can or can not use.

You can bathe them.
Make sure you don't get any soap or water in their eyes or ears.
Blow dry them until they are completely dry to prevent them from getting chilled.
Do ONE at a time, and dry each before going on to the next. Don't do them all, and make them sit and wait to be dryed...
Be sure to de-flea your home.
It is not good to KEEP bathing them.

No. They are getting the fleas from the mother. Contact your Vet and ask what to do. Also, get your dog fixed after she is finished with this litter and keep her clean so she won't have fleas.

Awww! Puppies! Surely the mother is still with them, right? I hope so. You do not need to take any outside action yet. The mother will take care of this. Take care of the mother. She may be a bit of ***** though.. :)
Peace!
