Do you have a slow cooker?

Put them in it and set it to low.

Take your freezer cold packs and boil them. Put them in a
cooler, which is now a warmer. Package your food for
transport. Pack in warmer.

wrap in paper towels and foil and transport in an insulated cooler. you can heat a brick in the oven and wrap in aluminum foil to help them hold heat and keep it under your wrapped food.
