i would like to know which of the temporary color packages give "built-in highlights", and if that one doesn't work or you think of a good one for blondes, please let me know! thanks!

Never heard of that before, you have to add them afterwards.

Think twice about dying your hair. If you are covering gray, that's one thing, but dying is damaging to hair and you have to continue to do it every 4-6 weeks.

If you are looking to jazz up your hair, just do natural looking highlights. I used L'Oreals highlights (dual) and loved that. You can still find it in some places or order it from the company. It's inexpensive, easy and really looks natural/professional.

I especially enjoyed garnier fructis when dying my hair. As far as built in highlights...that will come with any hair dye whether it says it or not. Hair dye brings out your natural highlights.

herbal essence is really good and keeps hair soft. also is great for blonde's. Revlon is good to, my roommate uses it and is really happy with it. btw make sure u use a shampoo and conditioner that helps keeps your highlights looking bright! good luck!
