There is a whole lot more that goes into a relationship other than saying that you were gentle with her and yet she broke up with you. Please don't buy into anyone telling you, "oh, women like men who treat them like crap," which is completely barf-worthy and completely not true - yeah, there may be some like that, but the only women who like that are jerks, and those are not the ones you want to be with unless you are equally jerky. So - but what kind of relationship did you HAVE??? Did you do things together, or are you just focused on yourself and fitness? Did you have shared interests, or was she just supposed to be happy to be with you because you are a guy and she was a girl, and how much more complicated does it get to be than that? You need to have a shared set of interests to have a real relationship! I'm guessing you did not have that.

Just because you're into fitness and in your opinion you were a gent - doesn't mean you're perfect. These things happen, it's a fact of life. We don't know you and we can't see inside her head to give you the answers, sorry. Have you asked her why she broke up with you?

Girls sometimes prefer the risky and the shady for the challenge.
I wouldn't look for reasons, if you can, dust yourself down and move on.

Because you have a huge ego......You believe you didn't do anything wrong, therefore, you have lost her. Sorry dude. I don't know exactly why you were dumped, or what you did, but she does. I suggest you ask her, but don't be whiny and desperate.
