For a little over two weeks now I have been feeling really strange, My mom, My Aunts, My Brothers, My friends and even My mothers friends all tell me it's all part of a Panic/Anxiety attack. Here are my sympthoms..

- Stomach makes gurgling noises (Even when not hungry) It's from my left side
- My throat feels funny like I have something in it (When I don't)
- I get really odd abdominal pains
- I usually feel like I can't take deep breaths (tho I do when I think I can't)
- My throat makes this really strange noise when I make myself breathe out
- I get Chest Pains
- I get stomach pains (even when not hungry)
- I get Headaches
- I feel really tired alot of the time (Even tho I don't have a great sleeping schedule)
- Most of the time my stomach hurts to where I can't even eat

I'm a bit scared about all of this cause I am skepital that Anxiety can do all that espeically the gurgling noises and the throat problem. I don't think it's a cold cause the only thing I have not done is Cough. I'm just really scared I am going to die, I am aware that I do have panic attacks, but these sympthoms are there even when Panic Attacks are not. It's obviously now Christmas time and doctor's are closed till after Christmas which also scares me cause I don't know what will happen if I wait. Can anyone help me please? I'm really worried about all this and I'm only 20 years old..=(

Sounds like you have acid reflux which is very common in people with anxiety disorder. Someone that is anxious and worried all the time will swallow a lot of air when they eat too, which can make your stomach hurt. Every symptom you have sounds exactly like acid reflux. Especially if stomach problems run in your family. Take an over the counter acid reducer and try to relax when you eat and see if it clears up the problem. Your upper stomach and chest are closely related. With acid reflux acids from your stomach can come up into your esophagus and irritate it. Which can make your chest or upper stomach hurt. You're not too young to have acid reflux.

Where did you ever get the idea "doctors are closed till after Christmas"? Gee, that is just not true!

Yes, sounds like you are having symptoms of panic attack. The best thing you can do is to understand you DO have control over this; deep slow breathing to calm down and change your irrational thoughts that you are going to die. You CANNOT die from these symptoms. It is all in your mind, so control your thoughts and you control the symptoms.

I strongly suggest you seek out some counseling to find out why you are having these.

Yup, that sounds like anxiety side effects. Anxiety can do strange things to the body. It might be time to call your doctor and see bout getting on some medication. Many doctors treat anxiety with anti-depressants.
Depression and anxiety can cause a multitude of physical side effects, so getting on the right medication can really take the edge off.
