More than likely, your cat has parasites. The vet will give you an antibiotic which you will have to give to your pet twice a day (not a fun task I might add). It's fairly common with cats who go outdoors frequently, stray cats or if you just recieved the cat from a shelter/home. Don't hesitate, take your cat to the doctor.

Whether he thinks it's parvo or not for a kitten to be having that problem it needs to go to the vet. Kittens are like little kids - if they can see it, they think they can eat it. It can be an assortment of things. In any case it can't take care of itself so your friend needs to step up. Good Luck

Cat's don't get Parvo, but there is a number of things that could be wrong. Worms, change in diet, a virus, etc. BUT if you're feeding her dairy, (milk, cheese) that would be the culprit. If you're feeding her dairy, don't do it anymore. If you're not, I reccomend taking her to a vet, and most vets are open on Saturdays (I know my office is).

Most vets are open half days on Sat. Why ask anonymous strangers on the internet to guess? Why not take your cat to its vets and get her properly diagnosed and treated? Is that just to much bother for you?

the kitten must have gotten kicked in the stomach and is dishing out what it eats because of the stomach. You really need to take it to the vet.

Well, if it's literally "crapping out its guts" (i.e. - has intestines hanging out its backside), then someone prob'ly ran over it or stepped on it!
